| EMCC's Monday basketball games at Northeast postponed because of winter storm warning |

SCOOBA – Monday’s scheduled MACJC North Division basketball games between East Mississippi Community College and Northeast Mississippi CC in Booneville have been postponed until Saturday, Jan. 22 due to the winter storm warning issued for much of the state of Mississippi by the National Weather Service.
NEMCC athletic officials made the announcement Saturday afternoon after conferring with EMCC’s basketball coaches. Rescheduled game times at Northeast's Bonner Arnold Coliseum in Booneville for Jan. 22 are now set for 2 and 4 p.m. The East Mississippi basketball teams are set to play host to rival Meridian CC this Thursday (Jan. 13) in a hoops doubleheader slated to tip off at 5:30 p.m. at Keyes T. Currie Coliseum on the Scooba campus. |
