SCOOBA – East Mississippi Community College will hold baseball tryouts June 30 on the Scooba campus. Tryouts are set to begin at 3 p.m. at EMCC’s Gerald Poole Field.
Open to graduated high school seniors who have not been previously protected by any NJCAA member school, EMCC’s baseball tryouts will be conducted by newly hired East Mississippi head baseball coach Chris Rose and veteran assistant coach Josh Snider. Tryout participants are asked to bring their own baseball equipment, including gloves, cleats, bats and helmets. Catchers are also asked to bring their own equipment as well.
